What is Your Favorite Cardio Workout?

Let’s face it, there are a lot of different cardio machines out there and it seems that everyone has their own favorite. So what’s yours?

Also, perhaps you have a favorite for different purposes. For example, maybe you prefer to use a treadmill for longer cardio sessions but a stationary bike for HIIT workouts.     I like the elliptical trainer the best; it’s easier on the knees, which is kind of a big deal when you weigh over 200 pounds like I do!

    I’m a big fan of the elliptical trainer as well, actually for the same reason that its easier on the knees. I actually have one knee where I stretched out the ACL, so I have to be a little easier on it. Thanks for the comment!

    Typically I don’t like cross training, but when I’m injured, it’s sometimes your only option. And when increasing mileage for running or when training for another sport, cross training can really help give you added fitness while still preventing injuries - so, I do it :). I like to do a combination of elliptical and stair climber.

    i prefer hiit as its quick and effective for burning fat

    I have a love/hate relationship with Tabata squats, pushups and pullups.

    HIIT is alway first choice to get ripped. And it works for every kind of gym equipment, except weight sets.

    My favorite workout is interval training. It’s where you work hard for 60 seconds, then go at a moderate pace for 60 seconds. It works great, super calorie burn.

    I’m not trying to be crude or anything, but seriously, it is my honest answer: My favorite Cardio Workout is SEX! Anybody else agree? When it comes to physical fitness, I’d select shadow boxing as my favorite cardio workout, as i used to be into boxing and martial arts. I’m not into long running or aerobics, for that matter.

    I’m doing muay thai in phuket, thailand to increase my cardio, lose weight and get fit. I love it!
