    Here is the best system ever, and it will work for anyone. Go to any search engine, and search “daily intake value calculator”. Then you will enter gender, height, weight, and target weight. It will give you a minimum value that you need to eat, and the maximum that you shouldn’t go over. You won’t starve and the weight will just fall off as long as you stay in the range.

    A diet and fitness journal is one of the best methods to lose weight. It helps to quantify your intake of calories comsumed and you output of calories burned. It was amazing for me to see exactly what I was eating when I put it on paper. Those little eztras throughout the day did not seem like much…but looked like a lot in my journal. My journal ended up being one of the most helpful tools to keep me on the right path.

    I like the diet journal idea, nice to have a way of tracking your eating habits and calories burned. Healthy diet is obviously the biggest factor!

    Advice from a dietician or personal trainer is always good too, everyone has different bodies/metabolisms and a little professional advice can go a long way.

    My 3 tips are: increase your water intake to 1/2 your body weight in ounces;
    increase your exercise routine slowly, even 10 minutes per day to start;
    find a good meal plan and nutrition program that includes your favorite foods.

    Change your diet a little at a time. With moderation to everything you will start seeing the pounds drop.
