					<description>Wow!  I've never heard about ZMA for deep sleep.  Many of us could always use better sleep.  You say it also boosts testosterone?  That sounds good for us males, as well.  Maybe I can find an informative article on this subject, later on.  When it comes to natural sleep aids, I usually think calcium &#38; magnesium supplements, valerian root, chamomile tea, magnolia extract, a little alcohol in moderation, and a few others, but like I said, I've never heard of ZMA.
