					<description>Thank you for the information on oats for breakfast. I'm always looking for something filling that will give me the energy I need for the day. I'm not really into the protein diets so this is always a challenge. There are just so many sugary and fattening breakfast foods that make the choice difficult as well. I have tried eating fruit and yogurt for breakfast but I'm always hungry way before lunchtime.</description>

I'll probably bring the oats with me to work for lunch, though. It's an easy meal. I can just bring a packet and add water.</description>
