					<description>Great advice... I think alot of times we think something is healthy because of it's packaging or because of what the company selling the product tries to make us believe. We have to be careful to check and see what really is in the product before we decide to eat it! :)</description>

					<description>You really do have to watch out for labels.  It is amazing how misleading they can be.  You really have to look closely and be an alert and educated shopper, or they can fool you into making some unhealthy choices, even when you are trying to make healthy ones.</description>

					<description>Oh, this is so true.  There is so much of this out there.   The one that gets me is the "nutrition bar" industry. Some of them are good, sure, but some I am of the opinion to be just factory food dressed up to make it look like it's really healthy.   People are always suckers for convenience, they want to be healthy but they want to have it instant, without having to slow down or think about it.   I think it takes a little more effort than that!</description>

					<description>I think cholesterol is overrated, and that some saturated fats are actually good for you, like coconut oil, for example.  I'm not going to let the hype derail me from eating eggs, shrimp, and lean cuts of red meat, either.  But yeah, there are a lot of unhealthy "health foods" out there, don't get me wrong.  Eat, drink, and be merry...  Cheers!

It's funny when manufacturers say that whole grain crackers are healthy and then when you look up ingredients you see salt, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil, artificial sweeteners and other chemicals.</description>
