Staggered sets sound a little too intense for me, but it's always nice to try new stuff anyway.

Using staggered sets is an excellent way to build your stubborn muscle groups. Plus, adding new techniques into your workout regimen from time to time, is always a good thing and it keeps things interesting as opposed to losing motivation due doing the same motions and techniques all the time. Cheers!
