					<description>Great info!  Lifting as much weight as you can hurt your chances of muscle growth by increasing the risk of injury.  I like to train and challenge myself by using my body weight or resistance bands as aides.  Crossfit is a great workout as well due to the extreme muscle confusion workouts the put you through.  I've definitely seem the best results of my life so far.</description>

One mistake people often make when training for size, is that they overly train the muscle groups and don't allow enough time for recovery and/or growth.  A lot more thought has to go into it, when trying to pile on a massive amount of lean muscle mass.</description>
