Supplements are great and only meant to be taken in small amounts.

Have you ever heard of Xango? It is a dietary supplement that is full of antioxidants. There is lots of scientific research that has been done on the Mangosteen fruit that shows why it is so good for you.

There are several sites that explain Mangosteen juice and how it helps the body. Xango is the first to bottle it and market it in the United States.

The Mangosteen fruit is originally from Southeast Asia.

Check it out and see for yourself.

It is absolutely right that everyone should take supplement according to their diet.

I think people take supplements to be the magic bullet, when really, they are not. Protein supplements, for instance, given their refined nature can be more beneficial than protein than food, but, since it's not viable to simply exist on protein supplements alone, without a solid foundation of real food, supplements won't get you very far, if anywhere.

I normally have 3-4 doses of whey a day. People may well take more or less, that's their choice. Everything in moderation is my motto - and protein supplements are great to take the burden off cooking and eating constantly.

If you're taking part in extreme training, one may have to supplement their diet with pills, creatine, weight gainer shakes, etc., to get the desired effects. For basic training and physical fitness, I'd say it would be better to just go all natural with a healthy diet - just make sure you get enough protein. However, a few supplements here & there never hurt...

I agree, supplements are not going to do you any good without a proper diet. A whole foods diet is the best in my opinion.
