					<description>That's funny, I'm in the exact same situation now.  Baby due in June, and I want to get back into heavy training now.  I'm considering waiting for another 6 months before I begin, and just doing some light exercise now.  I think the key is always perform some sort of exercises, but when other things in your life come up, lower the intensity.  I know from personal experience that heavy training and lack of sleep are a really bad combination!</description>

Many exercises you can do in your own home and only take 30 minutes.  Not great for moving forward, but they are adequate for maintenance.</description>
