					<description>This is a great idea... I've actually been thinking about starting some sort of routine like this lately, but I'm usually so tired in the morning that the thought of exercise makes me stay in bed an extra 10 minutes. You're 100% correct, though, and this is a great way to get your day going and kind of sets the whole tone for making healthy decisions during the rest of the day.</description>

					<description>I've been doing this for a long time. It's really wonderful to exercise in the morning, especially if I can go outside, or at least open some windows to have some fresh air. It brings oxygen to the brain, leaving me more alert and able to concentrate better throughout the day.</description>

I think its a great thing to do.  I think for most people it may not be a full workout, but even just getting up and doing a few pushups and situps can be a great way to start your day!</description>
