					<description>I haven't ran across any books that relate rest and sleep to the equation of building muscle.  All the literary works about sleeping seemed to be geared more to dream interpretations, lucid dreams, REM patterns, and other senseless quackery.  Maybe someone should get creative and write a book about sleep versus muscle gain.
Anyway, I can't say much because I don't sleep near enough.  I probably only sleep as much as I want, about 1 or 2 days a week.  However, when I workout, I can tell that my body seems to need more sleep, so yeah, there's some truth to that equation you spoke about.</description>
