Reishi Review
Reishi is a mushroom used extensively in traditional Chinese medicine, having been used since the 2nd century BC. Reishi (also called Lingzhi by some sources) was ranked in “Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic”, a 2000 year-old Chinese medicine book as the number one superior medicine. For a long time it was only available to those in the royal court and was not available for use by the common people, but in the 1970’s it became more widely used after it was successfully cultivated and produced for mass use.
Some of the benefits of Reishi include being an anti-inflammatory, helps with allergies, bronchitis, hypertension, strengthen the immune system, fights free radicals, and recent studies have shown that it may be helpful in cancer remission. Reishi has also been said to have a calming affect on those that use it.
There are a lot of health foods and supplements on the market today that just don’t pass the test when it comes to effectiveness and research. Reishi is becoming one of the few supplements that is getting a lot of good scientific backing and may be something to consider as one of your regular supplements. You can purchase Reishi at LongevityHerbs.com today to give this supplement a try!

I have never heard of this supplement before now. It sounds like it would be really beneficial for me in the short-term and long-term. The price is pretty good too for the amount you receive. I’m definitely going to test this product out and see how things go. Thanks for sharing this great information.

Great article! I can’t wait to read more. I have never heard of the supplement until now but I am going to give it a try.
Is it just me, or does all of this talk about Chinese and health foods make you want to go to a Chinese restaurant and order some stir fry, chicken on a stick (not cat), spring rolls, egg rolls, wontons, and the works?
At any rate, thanks for listing some of the benefits of Reishi…
