					<description>I am not one to jump on the hottest new trend or panic every time a news report tells us that what was good is bad and what we thought was bad is good, but I can say that when I was eating alot of fish especially salmon that I felt better and my skin was better too, so now I make a point of getting some kind of healthy oils in my diet every day. I am not sure about hot foods if it damages the oils in cooking so maybe it is important to get the raw oils as well.</description>

Ive noticed Im more focused and feeling better when
I eat more fish. I dont like taking supplements that much. So I tried to eat the good food.

Then again.. it takes more time to see if the change
is just in my head or for real lol.
