					<description>Take it from my mistakes, In collage, I was playing baseball out in the hot sun and I ignored my body's thirst. Instead of drinking some sort of fluids I went on and past out later that inning. I was treated at the hospital for Dehydration. Nothing serious happened but none of it would have happened if I had just drank a little H2O.</description>

					<description>I think water intake is also important for skin quality... skin can clear right up if you start drinking more CLEAN water.  Also, if you have a probelm with dryness (especially on the lips), drinking lots of water will definitely help. It did for me atleast.</description>

They say it's safe, but drinking 10 glasses of that every day may catch up with us in 20 years.  They're finding many bottled water is not much better.  I recommend looking into something like the &lt;a href="http://www.bigberkeywaterfilters.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Berkey Water Filters&lt;/a&gt;.  It's not just about quantity.</description>

I also recommend taking a water bottle with you to encourage drinking more water. Make sure you buy a glass lined or non toxic plastic bottle. 					<description>I always thought that excessive water intake was senseless, but I guess it would depend on your activity level.  I do think that some people waste too much time gulping water down when they don't need it.  Sometimes, a person can flush their nutrients &#38; electrolytes right out of their body, by doing such things.</description>
