					<description>I'm not a big fan of 'fat-free' products as they contain artificial sugars which can harm the body. I'm not a big fish fan, so I like to take a fish oil supplement to get the polyunsaturates that I need.

I've also found this great free tool that will help you determine when extra pounds translate into health risks.  (my BMI is 19.9...apparently I'm 'normal'. )

					<description>this is so true...not all fats are the same...there are actually good fats which our body needs...fats found from natural foods such as fruits and some vegetables are important for the functioning of our cells unlike the fats coming from saturated fats are very hard for our body to burn...animal fats are harder to burn than plant fats...we have to therefore balance our diet and know when and what to eat...in addition to a healthy physique, regular exercise is a must and positive outlook in life.</description>
