					<description>Exercising outdoors is great for the soul and even more beneficial if you can remove all or some of your clothes.  I practise naturism and yoga and normally exercise in the buff in a secluded forest near my home.  This gives an even stronger exercise hormone rush than regular workouts - I recommend it.</description>
