There is no telling how many spam blogs that are out there, all trying to sell stuff like you mentioned. It doesn't stop at Spot reduction, either. Anyway, I liked it when you said, "Can you image how funny it would look if you had a six-pack but were still carrying extra weight on other parts of your body?" Ha-ha! Yep, a lot of people don't think about those things. Anyway, keep up the good work on this blog; perhaps you should be a freelance writer in the health genre...
