Be careful, many products do not work

In my initial weight loss regiment, I started using Alli, although geared towards women, it works great on men, and really helped me shed some weight that I did not think I could. Once I lost the fat I wanted, I really hit the weights and gym hard, eventually using creatine to help boost me up a bit. I have leaned up a lot, and I always think Alli for jump starting it.

Just be careful with other pills, you never know what is REALLY in it.

you dont get any thing without hard work… first things first. Look at what you are eating. Are there refined sugars and grains in your diet? If so, get rid of them as much as possible. Most people have a bit of a sweet tooth and think “It’s only one little candy bar”. But one 2 oz. Snickers bar has the calories of 4 medium apples, 3 large oranges, 6 medium grapefruits, or a pound and half of carrots. And realize that your body burns natural sugars more efficiently than refined sugars, so the sugars you get through fruits and veggies are going to be a better energy source and are less likely to turn to fat. So make your diet heavy on the fruits and veggies. Count your calories. You want to keep them between 1300-1500 to lose weight and your goal should be to lose 1-2 pounds per week. I know that seems slow, but eating less will deprive your body of essential nutrients it needs to function properly.

Weight’s not a problem for me so I haven’t tried this and don’t expect to, but reishi-derived products are a big deal at the supplements store I shop at. A lot of people ask about them (could have something to do with the big sign by the door) and the staff always raves about them. Granted, they rave about pretty much everything they sell but I think the Japanese deserve a lot of respect when it comes to health and longevity.

i am not to sure about pills i have never used them but that is just a personal preference, i know many people who do and have some great results. All i would say is make sure you do plenty od research on this subject and talk to people who are actually using them.

There is notning wrong with muscle enhancing products just make sure you know what you are taking and they are safe.

There is no such thing as a good weight loss pill, that is why every few months or so there is another amazing discovery or ancient secret that is now available to the public. and even if there was a pill and you would lose weight its just a bad idea. to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight you need to eat properly and exercise, and there is no quick fix for that.

That’s very interesting. I have not heard of this product, but I checked out the link, and I see that one of the main ingredients is L-Carnitine, which is a fairly effective ingredient used in many weight loss supplements. I would be curious to know what the other ingredients are. There are many effective products available for weight loss these days, and most of them are a cocktail of different ingredients for appetite suppression and metabolism boosting. I would be very interested to know which ones are in the Total Trans4m supplement.

Your description sounds good, but the moment I open their page it has this ‘I wont work’ look written all over the page. Those flashy colors and long pages are usually used by scams! I did not even stay on the page for a moment.

I really think that it is best if you can lose weight without using a pill or supplement because if you just do it through changes to your life style, then you are learning how to maintain in the process.
