    You have published a lot of good articles on this site. You could probably submit an application, with a few examples of your work, on some of the freelance writing boards out there and be a huge success! Keep on publishing that health & fitness verbiage…

    I did try taking creatine once with ok results, but I like the natural approach. And I’m not as worried as I used to be about being buff.

    People who eat a Mediterranean diet tend to have a lower incidence of diseases like heart disease and cancer. This type of diet is high in fats and oils, but they are healthy fats and oils….Lots of polyunsaturated fats from fish, nuts and vegetables, monounsaturated fats from olive oil, but very little saturated fat.
