Great Post. Emotional eating is the reason that many of us ruin our diets or regain the weight we lost.

Emotional eating is a topic I dealt with myself for years. And on my website I discuss how one can find their emotional eating triggers. Finding your triggers helps you become more aware of when you are about to engage in emotional eating and even stop before you start.

On my blog I also discuss binge eating and overeating which are very common eating issues these days. I would appreciate your feedback on my blog at http://howtostopeating.com ;)

I also would like to contribute content to this blog on the topic of binge eating or emotional eating. I think I can write a very relevant post or two on how to stop engaging in emotional eating that your readers would find very valuable.

If you are interested please contact me at the email address I entered into this comment form. Thank you. Keep up the great posts. I have subscribed to your RSS feed and will be checking out your other posts ;)

I think you're 100% correct. No one's perfect and sometimes we just can't seem to stay on our diets every day. You can get back on track with your diet solution program by forgiving yourself and moving past the slip up. Tomorrow is a new day. I've had problems with emotional eating and it isn't easy to get beyond it.

Whenever I'm feeling stressed, I always try to go out for a fun rather than reaching for food. You'd be surprised how much it helps.

Like I said before, try going out for a run, or even a walk. It's much more satisfying than pigging out.

What I recommend to my followers is to eat healthy food and exercise on a daily basis. Also try to control your feeling by enjoying every moment of life.

You can beat emotional eating habits by exercising more often (exercise produces endorphins which make you feel good). It's also good to simply change your diet and focus on natural foods such as fruits and vegetables. Then, even if you binge on fruits, you still won't do any damage to your body (unlike when eating processed food).
