					<description>I have been doing horrible on my goals.  I get too caught up with my business that I forget about taking care of myself and I can see myself growing out in all different directions.  I am going to try to eat smaller portions and spread it out more and get back to exercising.  I am 24 and this is the 2nd worst time in my life as far as health...yikes.</description>

					<description>Oh yes, we ARE half way thru the year, aren't we!?  And to think it seems like just yesterday I vowed to get more intense on my exercising...I usually don't do the "new year's resolution" thing, but did mean to kick things up a notch this year. Did  I? Well, yes and no -- the "no" part being why I'm here looking for motivation and you've provided it wonderfully, thank you! :)</description>
