I’m glad NY has taken the steps to ban these awful fats that are not able to be digested properly. I know that California has already taken action against, and I applaud any state that tries to make its inhabitants more healthy!

I’m sorry, but I must disagree - the gov’t telling us what restaurants can/can’t serve is not going to help us get more fit. We need to change ourselves, not have someone try to change us!

I am not a fan of the government telling us what to do. However since when we go to a restaurant its a public place and its not us doing harm to ourselves but its someone else doing the harm. So I do believe this needs to be regulated.

We need more of this! I think California may have a ban or limit on Trans fat, and now you speak about New York City taking action. I wish more states would try to rid or limit the amount of that mutated fat they are putting in our foods!
