One thing that a lot of people don’t realize is that whether you’re trying to gain weight or lose weight, it doesn’t mean that you have to eat bland and boring food all the time. Are you going to have to make some sacrifices? Of course! But do you have to resign to only ever eating chicken breasts and rice for the rest of your life because everything else is on your “Do Not Eat” list? Of course not! It’s all about eating healthy.
