					<description>I think with working up to it also is easier to stick with as running 5 miles at the beginning like you say, is really hard, working up to it makes running really easy and you start to enjoy it more.</description>

					<description>Like it says in the article, and also Simon reffers to, it is a very good idea to take small trips in the beginning, and dont haste to much getting to your goal. If you think you can go from zero to a 5k in a week, its almost guarantied that you will fail, and if you fail once with running, it will be very hard to get back on track. So start slowly, and let your running trips grow a little after a little, and you will be so happy when you reach the goal :)</description>

					<description>What I would recommend is that you get a good pair of running shoes.  Don't get anything under $80.  But you don't have to spend $150.</description>
