I can completely agree!  Some days I work about 12 hours in one day and it can be very hard to make sure that I'm getting all of the meals in that I need to.  That's when planning the day out becomes critical.  Take some time to plan things out beforehand and you should do just fine!</description>

I don't put a lot of weight on it, since I only train once or twice a week, and I figure my body has plenty of time to repair itself in between workouts.  Now, if I was doing this in a competitive fashion, I would strive to be more effective at my nutrient timing or whatever.</description>
