					<description>Yeah, it is good to control your environment (home) for better results.  It is not just about physical fitness, either.  The way you decorate and keep up your living space also effects your mood and motivation.  I'm not going to commence writing about ways to find positive Chi or anything else that deals with Chinese philosophy and negative/positive Chi (since the comment would become quite large), but there are many articles out there that talk about such things.  It is a relatively simple concept, and really it doesn't take a rocket science to figure out that it is good to surround yourself with things you like.
However, I think you are mainly talking about what type of food you bring into your home, but when you said "control your environment," I started thinking about other stuff.
Also, it is good to rectify things in your home as need be.  Don't constantly be aggravated by stuff that you put off fixing and so on, as pent-up stress that isn't released regularly, can effect more than just your workout routine.
At any rate, keep up the good informative health articles and creative exercise ideas.  Later...</description>
