					<description>I have found that the body type and the exercises used is a part of the puzzle in seeing results!!  Not all exercises are one size fit all!!  Good point made here!</description>

					<description>Although picking the right "program" sounds nice, even though choosing one to follow can be difficult at times, I think the best program is to find out what works best for you and relates closer to the goals you have set.  In less words:  You create your own workout program; cheers!</description>
