					<description>everyone can lose 100 lbs in a few days. you need to be a bit bulimic and a diarrhea and your all set for wight lost. losing 4 lbs a month it is much healthier, and don't take too much effort out of you. and in the long run it doesn't comeback. unlike losing 200lbs in 3 weeks that you drink it all up.</description>

					<description>doesn't sound very healthy at all.. when you have a need to lose weight, you first have to tell the rabbits in your head that you wanna get thinner and then you should start doing some basic sports preparing your body step by step and while doing that you should change your behaviour eating food: fruits, vegetables, less meat... just healthy stuff :) everything else is not very recommended!</description>

					<description>I totally agree.  I think too many times people are looking for a magic diet or quick fix to weight loss.  But to me, if you really want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to change your behavior and lifestyle.</description>

Did you know it takes 21 days to form a new habit? So it takes 3 weeks for a new activity to feel like it's second nature. I wonder how many people give up on their weight loss plans before that?

Another interesting fact supported by research is that people tend to walk more when they wear a pedometer. Since walking helped the men in this study lose weight, it can definitely be a great weight loss tool. Research has shown that wearing a pedometer increases daily steps by 2000 (an entire mile)! It's the fact that you can actually see your progress that is so effective.</description>

I'm in danger of becoming a nagging wife, but I'm actually very worried about him. He needs to do something soon.
