					<description>you definitely need to eat before working out. grab a couple of almonds before you work out or some soda crackers. then after working out the best that you could have would be a healthy sandwich or salad</description>

					<description>I'd rather concentrate more on what I eat after I workout, albeit the whole "instant protein" concept is overrated, as it takes time to rebuild and repair muscle tissue.  Ah, I'm so overdue for an insane workout right about now...</description>
