Before You Workout

A common question that we’ve all probably asked ourselves at one point or another is “what/when should I eat before I work out?” There are some simple guidelines that you should follow.     I always like to eat a blend of nuts and raisins before I work out, and sometimes some peanut M&M’s. So I get some healthy fats and a few carbs.

    Just make sure to not eat more calories than you will burn in your workout, this can be counterproductive.

    you definitely need to eat before working out. grab a couple of almonds before you work out or some soda crackers. then after working out the best that you could have would be a healthy sandwich or salad
