					<description>Am I using the big 3 lifts?  Nope, and out of those three, I only liked the bench press.  I miss having a weight bench.  :(   Personally, I'm using a Power Tower combined with dumbbells.  Leg lifts, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and curls are in my program at the moment, and I don't have any bulky equipment either.  Cheers!</description>
