Article Intro:

I am a big advocate of walking 30 min. everyday. Recently I have been able to walk for 5 min jog for 2 min and then sprint for 30 sec. and then start walking for 5 min and repeat the process. It really has made a difference for me.

Aerobic exercise beats gentler 10,000 steps in health study?
