					<description>One of the best things anyone can do in their personal efforts to regain control of their health is the buddy system.  I have found with blogging that a lot of people just like me are out there getting their life and health aligned with healthy living.

I see my visual goal every morning I get dressed and laughing at who I was and where I am going and the award to that came this morning after almost 4 weeks of turning my life around when I looked at my waist.  I had to measure it and guess what - I can declare that I personally lost my first inch!

Great site and great tips.</description>

					<description>I think my favorite tip is "eat real food". I find that eating whole foods is much more filling and far more satisfying than eating processed foods. I have eliminated all frozen meals from my diet and lunchtime is so much better.</description>
