					<description>I don't really know much about smoothies, as I always prefer a milkshake from Sonic or an Oreo blast at Dairy Queen, when I'm in the mood for something like that.  I suppose the smoothies are healthier or something, and was going to check out those 101 free recipes, but the link led me to a website that no longer exists.  Dang, I've run across a few sites like that lately?  Does most people get rid of their blog or website after two years or less, nowadays?  At least this health &#38; fitness site is still going strong.  Cheers!</description>
